Enterprise autonomous agents need to know what things mean — not just what they are. As a Knowledge & Ontology Engineer, you will build the formal knowledge structures that constrain, guide, and make trustworthy the decisions that our AI agents execute on behalf of clients.

You should have hands-on experience designing ontologies in OWL/RDF, querying knowledge graphs with SPARQL, and using tools like Protégé or TopBraid. Understanding of description logics, closed-world vs open-world assumptions, and how to integrate ontologies with LLM reasoning pipelines is essential. Experience with enterprise data modelling, SHACL validation, or computational contract representation is a significant advantage.

Symbolic Reasoning, PyTorch, Logic Programming (Prolog / Datalog), NLP, Probabilistic Models

Pure neural models are powerful but opaque. Pure symbolic systems are explainable but brittle. We work at the intersection — building neuro-symbolic architectures where neural components handle perception and language, while symbolic components enforce structure, constraints, and auditability.

You should have a strong research or applied background in at least one of: differentiable programming, neural theorem proving, logic-augmented LLMs, probabilistic logic, or constrained generation. Familiarity with logic programming languages (Prolog, Datalog, Answer Set Programming) and the ability to integrate symbolic modules into PyTorch or JAX pipelines is important. Publications or open-source contributions in this space are valued but not required.

We are recruiting at the senior level — minimum 4 years of relevant research or engineering experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated work at the neural-symbolic boundary.

Multi-Agent System Design, Active Inference, Sovereign AI, Enterprise Architecture, Ontology

This is the senior technical leadership role in our Agentic Operations practice. As an Agentic Operations Architect, you will define the overall system design for client engagements — deciding how agents are orchestrated, what knowledge structures govern their behaviour, where human oversight is enforced, and how autonomous decisions are made auditable and reversible.

You should have a deep understanding of multi-agent system design patterns, experience reasoning about Active Inference or related goal-directed frameworks, and the ability to specify enterprise ontologies that serve as the constitutional layer for autonomous operations. You will work closely with clients to map business processes to agentic architectures, and with engineering teams to ensure those architectures are buildable and maintainable.

Strong communication skills are essential. You will be presenting technical designs to CTOs, CIOs, and operations leaders — and must be able to make complex ideas crisp and credible without oversimplifying them.

This is a principal-level role. We are recruiting people with minimum 6 years of experience spanning AI engineering, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture — with direct exposure to agentic or autonomous systems design.
